New Positions Open at Calibro

Calibro is opening two new positions. Curricular internship: we're looking for a visual design intern to join us from mid-February to mid-April 2023 — a chance for students seeking hands-on experience in a small design studio to apply their skills to research projects in UX/UI design, data visualization, and design methods for digital humanities. We're after good visualization and visual-communication skills (UX/UI, graphic design, editorial design), proficiency with design software such as Adobe Suite and Figma, fluent English (Italian a plus), and coding skills as a bonus. The internship runs three months, based in our Milan office at least four days a week with one remote day allowed, and includes expense reimbursement. UX/UI design freelancer: we're a two-person studio and intend to stay small, so we prefer working with freelancers and collaborators on specific projects. We're looking to expand our network for upcoming work, ideally with proven freelance experience, strong wireframing and mockup skills in Figma, proficiency with other design software, good communication and planning skills, and fluent English (Italian a plus). A VAT number is required; freelancers can work from anywhere, though being able to join us in Milan for meetings is a plus, and we can offer a desk for the duration of the collaboration.
