The Palestinian Museum Digital Archive is an online platform created to collect, preserve, and provide access to documents at risk of loss, damage, or confiscation under Israeli occupation. It brings together identification papers, official records, letters, diaries, manuscripts, maps, photographs, films, and audio recordings, digitized and offered by hundreds of Palestinian individuals, families, and institutions to be safely kept for future generations.
Available in Arabic and English to users inside Palestine and abroad, it offers a broad view of Palestinian history and everyday life spanning over two centuries, organized through collections and thematic paths (culture and arts, resistance and struggle, displacement and diaspora, social and organizational movements, education, everyday life, women) that foreground a history-from-below perspective, centered on the average Palestinian often overlooked by institutional history.
