From the Archive: Fast-Cooking Videos, Deconstructed

From our archive: some images from the workshop we held in 2018 at ISIA Urbino with Donato Ricci. The workshop explored the aesthetics and gestures of fast-cooking videos online — essentially, how food gets bent into shape to fit social media. Students explored thousands of videos found on social platforms and republished them through different media. Year: 2018.
